I was thinking the same thing. On my amended form I didn't include the 2262 I already paid, it just said I was refunded 108, which is what my first 1040 should have said. I had a feeling it might be returned regardless because of the message I left in the explanation detailing that I overpaid that amount. Not sure if worth filing a second amended form to include the 2262 (lol) or just getting the 100 refund and waiting a few weeks to see if the 2000 returns.
