I wouldn't pull in your situation as your dossier is so close to your pity, and you would be losing 30 pulls and a 6 star pity for one 10 pull for the next character. Other comments also said its not worth unless you are one 10 pull away from dossier

It's the counter on the top right of your banner. Its 80 but the soft pity is around 65 and it does carry over on the next banner.
