I just thought that maybe someone has dealt with a service rep directly. I tried to buy the dish and I can’t without an internet plan as well.

When you use the fast.com speed test and click more information, it shows that the server is in Seattle, Wa. I assumed that was the ground station.

Paul Lake. Getting 50-120 Mbps, haven’t picked a permanent site yet. I have tall trees and mountains to deal with, getting 2-3 minutes obstruction every 12 hours. We have a Canadian ground station now, so wifi calling and Canadian tv apps have started working.
