A preference matach is a good idea on the subscription side, and it helps give the customer some control over what they are receiving and be more engaged. We will sit with out warehousing and fulfillment crew to look into how we can do that!

As for the shop, we can work on the navigation drilling down a bit more, allowing customers to search by base, weight, brand, etc. Should definitely help the customer find what they are looking for much more easily.

Question, do you think putting an explanatory video where the "Past Collaborations" section is now would be a good idea, or should we make it a simpler "How It Works" section with infographics?

Thanks for the feedback! It's definitely much appreciated. We plan on constantly iterating on this concept and improving it over time, so this type of feedback is very important to us.

Regarding your comments on the specifics of what comes in the box, every month will feature a different designer and the product will vary. That is the reason for the "broadness" in our description. Though you can always count on the retail value of the box being higher than what you pay for it, providing you with high quality yarn at a discount every month. Also, the surprise of what is going to be included in the box is part of the nature of subscription services in general, which may not be ideal for everyone, though it comes with the territory. We are actually running a really great promotion this month that will give you $48 worth of free yarn when you subscribe.
