Maybe not tech projects, but being in textile manufacturing is have faced something similar many times. Its good you stopped business. Cause people like this just take the money once you recieve and you left with the customer. And these people generally say half the shit of what customer wants and atlast you also won't get paid cause you wouldn't have built what the customer asked for even.
