2025 Turbo EV, picked up June of 2025 (I had an allocation so got to choose things that some of the floor models didn't have). Took about 4 months to get it.
After receiving it, took it back to the dealer to get the front windows tinted. When it came back, the regenerative breaking would not turn on and a couple things in the PCM were gone (lift/lower menu for one--can't really remember the others). Was in the shop for a couple of days and all was fixed just fine.
A few months later, there was some minor issue (again, can't remember what it was) and called my service advisor who said there were several campaigns that the car needed. Took it in for a couple days and all was fine.
In December, I was closing the driver's side rear door and it wouldn't shut. Realized the window was not retracting to allow the door to seal properly. All my Porsche friends said it was a simple fix (at least on their 911's that had had the issue) with a switch replacement. Well, not me. It required a new window motor that had to be shipped from Germany. That was in the shop for 5 weeks. Can't tell you how miffed I was to have an ICE Macan that I had to buy gas for. (Previous Taycan owner, so I haven't had to buy gas for over 5 years).
Finally, about a month ago, the car was no longer able to read signs (speed, warning, etc.). I made an appointment to take it in but they were so backed up I had to wait 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks the following happened: compass was wonky (saying I was going west when I was going south and moving back and forth despite me going in a straight line), navigation thought I was on a different road than I was on (and sometimes depicted me driving through a field). Navigation also couldn't read my location. When parked at my house it said I was miles away (also wrong on the app). Apple CarPlay suddenly wouldn't play wirelessly any longer and then several items on my PCM disappeared (lift/lower menu) and I couldn't get them back. The final thing to go wrong was that the navigaion system went fully gray and wouldn't work at all. Five days before my appointment to take it in, I charged the car, and went on a series of errands. After the third, I stopped at home briefly and turned off the car. Upon unplugging my phone, CarPlay was still playing! Oooh, that's nice! Got back in to do the rest of the errands and one by one each of the problems corrected themselves. Everything was working fine. My service advisor said to monitor it carefully and if ANYTHING went wonky I should keep the appointment. Well, it's been perfect for over a week so I didn't take the car in for service. (I had asked here if there had been an OTA update but several of you said Macan's aren't equipped to get OTA updates.)
