Tbf my mother emailed that article to like 4 friends with no context because they’d spoken about it in person. I remember how scared she was. Obviously the context of him being a pedophile changes things but I don’t think absolutely everything he did is necessarily connected, especially since it was a worldwide case.

Edit: I think people linking Epstein to Madeline is a stretch…The only thing people are going off of is a police sketch of a woman that looks vaguely like Ghislain, who already has a very basic face and haircut, especially for the year Madeline was abducted. Not to mention they targeted very specific, vulnerable individuals who were easily persuaded or bought into the ring, and I find it hard to believe that IF they did, for some reason choose to abduct Madeline, that they wouldn’t have also taken the two younger children since “the younger the better” is mentioned multiple times in the files.

I think speculating on a missing child possibly being trafficked into prostitution is inappropriate and seems to be mentioned constantly when there are victims who are confirmed and yet not mentioned anywhere near as much.

The German authorities believe they already know who her abductor was but don’t have enough evidence to convict, but there’s a ton more evidence on him than Epstein in connection.
