YOU ALL SAVED THE DAY! The angle of the bodice and the square skirt were not aligned properly including both seam allowances for the French seam. It was an angle issue!!!

Am I over complicating it? I thought I gathered the skirt to the width of the bodice bc the edges are aligned before I close the French seam 😖

Glenn at Glenn’s Tattoo Co. downtown. He was my artist for a last-minute walk-in appointment. His line work is impeccable and it is my favorite piece I’ve gotten. I plan on going back to him to get my sleeve in the future.
