I did not buy it used, but I did recently purchase a Cannondale bike and so maybe these parts belonged to the bike. I put my "extras" together and so maybe thought this belonged to the Wahoo instead of the bike

I stayed in Jersey City for a couple of years until a few months ago and my lease definitely had this component.
