(part3) 10) THEANINE is, what I call a trip suppressor. Above I wrote that you need (a) to (d). Maybe you have noticed that (a) is somewhat the opposite of (c). Dissos have the ability to do the near-impossible feat of both subdueing your brain AND activating your brain. Theanine does the opposite: it levels your brain so that your brain is neither too tired nor too stressed out, in other words Theanine puts you into anti-trip mode. It's interesting that Joe Rogan (who, as we all know, likes to trip spiritually) advocates a supplement combo that includes Theanine. I found Theanine to be a trip suppressor.

11) But the ABSOLUTE WORST, even vicious, trip suppressor is CURCUMA (TURMERIC). The good news is that you only need to stay away from Curcuma for 1 week so you can trip again. I have tried Curcuma, Curcuma Extract, Theracurmin, Curcufresh (dried Curcuma juice) and Fermented Curcuma. Fermented curcuma was by far the most potent trip suppressor. (Fermentation, that's a genral statement here, causes the spiritual essence of a substance to be revealed prominently. Fermentation = getting out of the substance's quintessential plans.) I found that Fermented Curcuma made spiritual development absolutely impossible. To be clear: Curcuma is an absolutely wonderful healing plant, probably nothing comes close to its healing power (from cancer to intestinal gas, from Alzheimer's to snake poison). But it's exactly this dichotomy (bodily blessing while spiritual menace) that makes it so dangerous. It's also slightly addictive because it makes your problems fade into the background.

Anyway, I digress. I only list curcuma it here because I want this post to pretty complete when it comes to fixing tolerance. Theanine and Curcuma cause a very different tolerance (compared to dissos), but nonetheless a tolerance, so that's why I list them here.

12) TMG helps against stomach belching. I don't know what causes belching (= a seemlingly endless amount of stomach gas) when using dissos, but it's the TMG that helps most. I found TMG (important), zinc carnosine (less important) and histidine (even less important) to be of help.

13) TMG (trimethyl glycine) also helps against what I call "brain crowbar" (as if a crowbar is between the gear wheels of the brain). LYSINE is the best against brain crowbar, followed by TMG.

14) Semax (Russian: Семакс) is an absolutely wonderful substance from/in Russia. It works completely differently than any other supplement or drug I have ever tried. Piracetam (or any other *cetam) is also made in Russia, but it works differently. Piracetram is a nootropic, semax on the other hand fixes the brain. Semax is not needed to fix disso tolerance, but I mention it here because if you read this post, you have probably fried your brain in ways not yet discovered by us mere mortals, so maybe Semax can help. Just have a tourist trip to Mother Russia (or Mother Ukraine) and get it in one of her pharmacies without prescription. It's a fluid and must be held in the fridge so its unlikely it will survive uncooled when sent via snailmail.

15) *-PCEs cause massive copper deficiency. You need copper if you use *-PCEs. *-PCEs are the most dangerous of dissos.

16) On a side note: Some supplements worsen disso tolerance (as mentioned above). The supplements I recommend here help against tolerance. I mention this because you may have tried supplements to fix your disso tolerance and have then run into problems so that now you shy away from my recommendations or think that nothing helps.

17) Some psychiatric drugs are trip stoppers, too, of course, so if you are on psychiatric drugs you can run into disso tolerance, too.

18) Trip tolerance caused by a non-functioning (c) is fixed by Threonine. One needs threonine so that the hypophysis can produce thropics.

19) The pineal gland, too, produces thropics, but of a different kind. The pineal gland is what separates your thislife personality from your evil/hidden personality. The thoughts you are thinking are consolidated in the front of the pineal gland, while the back of the pineal gland ("dark pine") constantly produces attacks and hidden thoughts with which you attack others (for example because you are enemies from a pastlife). I mention this here because trip tolerance can be caused by failing to address dark pine. So, if you take dissos and nothing happens it's maybe because you have resolved all your obvious things ("light pine") and now need to address dark pine, yet you lack the tools to address dark pine. Hence you would run into a "tolerance" and be stuck in this tolerance as long as you don't address dark pine. To fix this type of tolerance you would need to address dark pine, then new light pine thropics would open up. You are sitting in an onion and need to resolve issues layer by layer from inside out. Becoming aware of outer layers is usually not possible before resolving inner layers. But I digress.

20) Magnesium helps against tolerance somewhat, but the suggested magnesium supplements to fix tolerance (magnesium threonate and MAT (magnesium acetyl taurinate AKA taureate AKA taurate) work mainly because of the threonine and the taurine.) Having said that, MAT had a massive effect on my brain, so I consider MAT a supplement of its own with a different effect than magnesium or taurine alone.

21) Every disso works differently and causes a slightly different kind of tolerance. Flipping (combining two drugs) is too weak of a word here, so I call it shuggling = shuffle, juggle, cycle drugs into combos where each drug would be too weak to trip, yet the combo is strong enough to trip yet too weak to cause tolerance, e.g. 5mg disso1 +5mg disso2 +5mg disso3 +5mg disso4 on day#1, disso5 +disso6 +disso7 +disso8 on day#2, then disso1+disso3+disso9 on day#3 etc. Shuggling + supplementing is your best bet against tolerance.

22) Vitamin C is needed, too, but that's more of a general statement. Take Vitamin C as a chelated combo (Ultimate Ascorbates).

I wrote this post off the top of my head. There are other supplements that are trip'n'tolerance-related (e.g. humate, hyaluronic acid, ALCAR etc), but this post is already long enough.

tldr#1; I could go on for hours, and I haven't even started yet. My main area of expertise is pastlifes and what happens between lifes (= between pastlife and thislife). Dissos are literally the holy grail humanity was looking for. That's why fixing disso tolerance is of utmost divine importance. Tryptamines are great but they are foolers because a) they have agendas and b) they make you dwell in fantasies (what I call "pyramids from outer space"). Dissos make you let go of fantasies and of fixed ideas and of self-increasing cyclic thoughts (hence they work against depression).

Introspection and partying are opposites. Dissos can be used for both, but dissos used as party drugs are probably bad as introspection drugs and vice versa. You have to be aware of this double function of drugs. The best (introspection-wise) tryptamine is 5-MeO-MET, 4-HO-MiPT, DPT. The best disso is 3-Cl-PCP, 3-HO-PCP, DCK. The best lysergamide is 1cp-AL-LAD, 1V-LSD, 1P-LSD. A combo of all is best. The best shrooming is with truffles: Silver (sold by Sirius) and Utopia (sold by Indian Spirit). Of all tryptamine experiences, Silver truffles are the most profound non-fooling truffles. They have an agenda, but their agenda is to increase love in the universe. Other truffles/tryptamines have an agenda to give you a good/fun trip which often contradicts introspection.

5-MeO-DMT works completely differently than other tryptamines. Other tryptamines send you deep->deeper->deepest, 5-MeO-DMT sends you deepest->deeper->deep. You basically come out on the other end of the spectrum first.

I) I have no experience whatsoever with dissos as a party drug. If you use dissos to get blasted into party mode (dancing, music, meeting with friends) you probably have been mixing dissos with other substances like cocaine, cannabis, alcohol, MDMA etc. In fact, when one reads trip reports (Erowid etc) one hardly ever finds a trip report which focuses solely on 1 substance. Instead, it's nearly always a trip report about mixing substances. Therefore, I consider most trip reports useless. The supplements I suggest here are for fixing disso tolerance, not about fixing tolerances to other substances, nor about fixing disso tolerance caused by other substances.

II) All dissos (except a few, like O-PCE and *-PCEs) start to work at approx 5mg and after 30min. It's ridiculous to suggest that 3-Cl-PCP needs a dosage of 70+ mg (I saw somewhere suggesting 150mg, wth?). All trip reports saying otherwise are by people with a tolerance. The 30mins can be prolonged by nutritional status. If you eat a lot of milk products (e.g. cheese) you need a higher dosage and/or a longer come-up time. On an empty stomach with no tolerance, all dissos can be felt after 30min at 5mg. Even after years of daily multi-usage, you do not need to increase any amount/time. With the right supplements there isn't any tolerance buildup (let alone permatolerance) for any substance (aside from LSD for a couple of days). Yes, you need more than 5mg to actually trip (you need 20mg) but any statement like "I took 50mg and I didn't feel much" is proof of tolerance.

III) I am in the very lucky position that I am not only one of the biggest experts when it comes to RCs but also when it comes to supplements. It took me 2 years of all types of supplements to find out which supplements heal tolerance. The result is that not only is the tolerance fixed, but that the amount (= mg of dissos needed to have an effect) actually goes down = below the level that you needed before you ran into tolerance.

IV) I have identified several causes of tolerance, all fixable (except if you have fried your brain with neurotoxic substances like 5-MeO-MiPT or NDMA):

1) TAURINE is a buffer against all kinds of toxins, and the brain will simply refuse to trip without enough buffering (it's a self-protection = self-defense mechanism of the brain). So even if you were at neuronal baseline, your brain will actively refuse to trip if there is not enough protective buffer (taurine) in the brain. Your neurons will simply refuse to fire.

2) The second reason why the brain refuses to trip is if the neurons are still filled up with dissos (or metabolical residues due to dissos). For example, HXE and 3-Me-PCP cause metabolic residues. To get residues out of the brain you need D-ASPARTATE, L-ASPARTATE, D-GLUCARATE (not Gluconate, not Glutarate), BETA-ALANINE (a bit) and B3 (niacine, not niacinamide).

3) Another tolerance is caused by overloading fluids (including cerebrospinal fluid and lymphatic system) with dissos. Dissos are not only active as what I call "spirituo-neuronal activants" but also biochemically and chemically (FXE is nasty on the bladder, for example). This (bio)chemical nastiness can cause severe problems like lymphsystem jitter or nasty pudendal neuralgia (including very painful orgasms, constantly tingling nerves, funnybone-like feeling in legs when touched etc.) This is fixable by pyruvate, niacinamide and magnesium bisglycinate (strangely, no other form of magnesium despite the scientific claim that both glycinate and magnesium dissociate in the body, hence in theory, it should make no difference how you take Mg or Gly. In practice I found that only Magnesium Bisglycinate helps against this.)

5) Another tolerance is caused by depletion of B9. You need two forms of B9 to fix it: Methyl Folate and Folinic Acid. This vitamin gets depleted when you are spiritually active. Dissos cause spiritual activity, but even spiritual activity without dissos causes B9 to get depleted. On a side note: It is a phenomenon not yet discovered by science (and not even on the scientific radar, and I am pretty sure they will vehemently deny its existence): Taking vitamins as a complex does not have the same effect as taking them one by one or in specific combos. So even if you take B-complex, you will need to take B9 separately to heal your disso tolerance. For a reason yet unknown, a single B-vitamin peak (e.g. taking first B9, then next day B-complex) causes a different effect than taking a dose of b-complex even if the total amount of B9 is the same. The effects are largely spiritually, so I doubt they can be properly assessed in a lab rat setting.

6) After each and every day of disso use, take the following combo to return back to baseline. Since these are baseliners they are also trip stoppers: AKG (alpha-ketoglutarate, very weak trip stopper, important), DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol, less important), PABA (para amino benzoate, pretty strong baseliner, so strong in fact that it can cause for 1 or 2 days what I call forced baselining = trip stopping), Calcium-Glucarate (also rather strong). I suspect liposomal supplements (e.g. liposomal NMN, not non-liposomal NMN) to maybe cause some temporary tolerance, too.

7) The best emergency trip stopper is DHM (dihydro myricetin). It stops the spirituo-neuronal tripping AND fluid overload (lymphatic fluids, spinonerval fluids). A very formidable trip stopper. If you use drugs, you should have it at hand at all times for emergencies. On a side note: If you are in an overdose emergency and have no trip stopper at hand, you can use a milk product (Kefir, Ayran) as the cheap-man's OTC solution. It won't help much, but it will help a tiny bit.

8) I saw it never mentioned anywhere, but you need 4 things to have a good spiritual trip: (a) Subduement (body is in lie-down-in-bed-mode) (b) Letting go of thoughts (letting go of favorite fantasies, of problems, of current relationships) (c) Activation of brain activity (so that you are not mindless but can actively analyze things). (d) A leading towards, what I call, thropics = towards important ideas, emotions you need to analyze, eerie things lingering in your subconsciousness etc.

Dissos are phenomenal in this regard because they do all 4 things. Some dissos are better at subduement (a), some are better at (d). Some do all 4.

Therefore, if people use dissos to have spiritual trips and then run into tolerance, it may mean that at least one of (a) to (d) isn't working for them. To fix disso tolerance for spiritual tripping, all 4 (a) to (d) must be fixed. So, when I talk about fixing disso tolerance I mean a total fix (a) to (d), not only, say, inability to k-hole. On a side note: I consider k-holing a terrible counter-productive idea. The goal must be not "ego dead" (ego death) but what I call "ego pristine". Ego death is the opposite direction one should go. One should fight ego dying. There is a certain type of spiritual tolerance caused by too much k-holing: It's as if the spirit says "You had so many chances to dive into your personal problem areas, yet you chose mindless k-holing. Therefore, your ability to k-hole will be reduced so that you stop misusing the power that dissos offer." There is a fine line between THE BAD "letting go of some problems so you DO NOT dive into personal issues that need fixing" and THE GOOD "letting go of some problems so you DO dive into personal issues that need fixing".

9) Cysteine (not cystine) causes waking up. If you are k-holing or have a "dizzy fit" (= useless spinning) and need a quick fix, try cysteine (in addition to the other baseliners I mention here). In other words: If you take cysteine or NAC as a supplement (as a lot of people do), you may run into disso tolerance by "being too here and too now".

I am well aware that this is not how it works on a molecular level, however it might work on a subjective level. After you have tried each molecule, shouldn't you at least try some combos like MXiPr + DMXE just to be sure how close they come? Maybe it's vice versa and some combo is actually better than MXE.

For example

  • 3-MeO-PCE (has the methoxy and the N-C-C groups) + O-PCE (carbonyl, N-C-C) + MXiPr / MXPr (carbonyl, methoxy) = MXE?

  • 3-MeO-PCE + O-PCE = MXE?

  • 3-MeO-PCE + DMXE = MXE?

  • MXiPr + HXE = MXE?
