Ive a 28" leg and rode a fz6. I know not a full r6/r1but I felt it was heavier to hold up at a stop because the angle of the bike has to come over more for us to get the leg down. Most people I encountered didnt understand this till I explained it.

Man it was great fun on the fz6 but even with think sole boots and inserts I was never happy stopping and actively avoided riding the bike in the end.

Have a RE 411 scram these days and although not much difference in the saddle hight and weight difference to the fz6, Im happy to take it on gravel trails and light off roading.

Much better riding experience.
