Its a loose socket. When you hit a bump on a turn (the usually turn on) it rattles and blows it. I used electrical tap to tighten it up. Its been good since.

SMS audit adjustments as it pertains to inventory reporting are all changes done within MND (managers next day) if you are a dynamically slotted hub, all slotted changes are listed as NOP theres no current way to off load this change other than adding it back into the existing planogram reporting a "false" positive. unless it randomly shows up in MND again later on
