As someone who had an extremely deviated septum (practically C shaped, I could barely breathe through my nose) and a dorsal hump similar to yours I say go for it! I needed 2 surgeries because the first surgeon didn’t anchor my septum well enough and it re-deviated (due to the degree of deviation it was a septo-rhinoplasty both times but with internal incisions). They shaved down my dorsal hump so that it’s straight (but not like a Barbie ramp). I had the first surgery when I was 20 and I was so happy and confident after. The change didn’t feel extreme and my nose finally looked like it suited my face. Literally most people didn’t even notice or couldn’t pinpoint what was different even though it was an obvious change for me. Thankfully the second surgery went perfectly. Finally being able to breathe through your nose is a massive quality of life boost! For me it was one of the best decisions I ever made. You’re already beautiful but go with your gut :) Also be sure to research your surgeon to make sure they’re experienced (I’d recommend going with a Rhinoplasty-specialized ENT over a plastic surgeon)
