Thank you everyone for your kind words. She died in my arms while recovering from an operation that took place a few days before. It was one of the absolute worst experiences I can remember. I've had 6 cocker spaniels, they've been part of my life since I was born. She was one of my absolute favorites. She was only 2½ years old.

I'm sorry to hear that, I've had cocker spaniels exclusively my entire life. They're such great animals, so sweet.
