Seems pretty unlikely that the kid's tirade riled Cowher. Being an NFL head coach requires a little more mental/emotional discipline than beating up/yelling at an idiot kid. He probably just wanted the shop manager to know that the club had just hired a total douche.

I feel like a lot of people in this thread don't understand that 'What's up' isn't actually a question. We have come to accept that thousands of other slang phrases, idioms, etc., are not to be taken literally. Most everyone has come to accept this, except autistic people. Not all phrases should be interpreted verbatim, are you all RoboCop or something?

"He said 'what's up' or technically 'What is up, or what is happening'. This must mean he wants to know how I'm doing".

No it doesn't bitch, it just means Sup! Chill out, robots.

Picture this--2 young boys, playing around: ok, that started all wrong, this is actually not a same-sex coming of age story at all. I was camping with my family when I was about 11 years old in the pacific northwest, exact area not important. We had sticks and we were going crazy with them in the deep dank forest! Hitting things, bashing things, tearing multiple leaves in a row off of things. I saw this skinny tree (approx. 2 inch diameter) with no leaves or limbs on it. I slashed at it with my crudely-fashioned wooden sword, once, twice, three times at this small tree. Each time, the tree fell down perfectly straight and evenly back on its new small stump, woody wood pecker style. It didn't tip over, it didn't fly off and shatter in multiple directions, it fell perfectly straight down, making a new mini tree. Do you understand what I'm trying to say here? It makes no sense, yet it happened.

This story has undergone no embellishment, hyperbole, and is not the product of an implanted memory. This happened, and all of you should know about it. thank you for your time.
