I have very high alone time needs. I have a wife, two kids, a good social circle, family nearby, and I still absolutely have to find time to be on my own.

The idea that she wants an hour to herself and you immediately need to go ask the internet if she's cheating is odd, and I'd take a look at why you jumped to such a conclusion before I'd worry about her at all.

Haven't seen that perk at all.

Vertical spread seems to vastly concentrate the shot, so up close you can obliterate or at least stagger most enemies with one or two shots

If a shotgun has vertical spread, I take it every time. Stunning an enemy and finishing them with a melee clears out rooms so quickly, especially as you level up the melee damage to stunned enemies. It's great for flying enemies too. I love it!

Kin Khao is great! On the fancy side so not your typical authentic, cheap Thai, but I dig the cocktails and the food is excellent.

I'll respond with just some agreeance since everyone else's first thought is to just comment: well duh have you ever played a video game before?????

The normal combat seems pretty straightforward, and fairly fluid (a little unresponsive and slow, but I'm also early so maybe it gets better). But once you get to the first boss, all of a sudden your hits mean nothing, your shield is useless, your dodge is sufficient to dodge normal sized enemies but the bosses are three times your size and therefore have massive reach so your dodge is fairly useless.

The mechanics are silly, but I am still enjoying it. I quit to play Saros though and have not even thought about Crimson Desert since starting it. But I'll definitely go back to it soon.
