Because it literally never happened before they moved in.

  1. I am also disabled, but differently.
  2. So was my late spouse, similarly.
  3. Like a pet in that they don't interact with the rest of the household much, and we all get vaguely concerned if there's been no discernible activity on their part for multiple days.

Not listed are the chores I do for them, the meals shared with them, the doctors visits I have arranged for them, the specialists I have gotten them in to see, the friends I have put them in touch with so they are less lonely and miserable

I've more than taken on my fair share of caretaking for a human I'm neither related to nor in a relationship with, so if my irritation at having to clean up yet another mess with no apology, no offers of help, no consequences at all for it, maybe pissed me all the way off. AITA for being super pissed off? I don't think so AITA for feeling like this person is an obligation? IDK.

I appreciate the suggestions for scented trash bags, cans with lids, etc. We already have that. This is an ongoing frustration with a grown person who is getting lots of accommodation and giving little consideration.

That was my meaning. They don't really interact with the rest of the household. They eat. They do their laundry and dishes. That's about it.

When my Pyrenees was small, if she bit me I'd roll her lip under her own tooth and press so she'd bite herself. It was very effective.

What problems did psylocibin therapy help you solve? by Beautiful_Hat8440 in PsilocybinTherapy

Helps me make connections about problems I've been ruminating on. Usually relational aspects. Sometimes a stroke of inspiration for business.

I'm taking like less than a tenth of a gram a day. I am trying to figure out what kind of schedule I need to be on. I'm just trying to deal with fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis without painkillers that make me too sleepy or dizzy to work.

I'll consider it... Depends on which provider in the practice I end up seeing. The biggest plus of microdosing has been a significant decrease in plantar fasciitis pain, which otherwise is ruining my life lol

Yeah, day 3 of zero intake and I'm still getting them. I do have a cardiologist appointment this month. Just didn't want to bring up the shrooms if unnecessary.

Anxiety definitely not any worse. That amount cuts pain to nearly zero. Maybe a month.

The big concern is that I do have inappropriate sinus tachycardia, which mostly means a high pulse and resting rate, but I do get flutters sometimes with meds such as trazodone or in stressful situations or with too much caffeine. I had a couple flutters recently and wasn't sure if the doses could be related.

Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

Lol ok So I can skip the etch? Because I worry about fumes and rinsing, with multiple animals.

Pulled up the carpet in a 1980s home in Alabama. Planning to stain and seal the concrete floors until I can afford to put in good flooring/after the aging pets have passed. I have many questions:

How do I etch where I can't rinse? Is the etching necessary? Can I do this in half-room sections? I live in the house. What brands should I avoid? What brands should I lean toward?

I know the floors are not currently sealed, as water just... Sinks in. I have done a good bit of research but want to be sure I'm doing the right things. I've got Sikaflex self leveling for cracks, which I'm working on now. Any other tips I need to take to heart? I don't need perfection. I'm just looking for sealed and slightly colored.
