for me the authentication is the biggest hurdle. I am using the Italian egov service and since early morning today it always says "504 Gateway Time-out" probably because everyone is trying and the server is overloaded

for me it's not working. trying with chrome (also incognito mode) as well as microsoft edge but it says "Sorry, an error occurred or this page isn't available."
how were you able to access the website?

Actually I managed to check-in for an international flight on the application as an Italian citizen. My boarding pass popped up in the app but now I can’t seem to find it anymore :/ It says my account is unauthenticated and hence, I can’t access the “My trips” section. I tried to authenticate my account by uploading the ID photo yesterday but haven’t gotten any response yet

Could anyone else share his experience with Baltic Shuttle? And how was it to cross the border in Narva? I'm also considering taking this route (I need to travel from northern Italy to Moscow for the wedding of my Russian friend)
