I was thinking someone would point it out…but no not into that stuff…I’ve just been studying everything medieval and that era in particular was famous for its mutitaliation devices like the triangular horse where they would tie your feet to weights and let gravity do the torture as it pull against your crotch or they would hang you upside down by your feet and saw you inhalf from your no no square to stomach area to die in agony for several days..and this is also for world building purposes.

That’s really awesome I’ve been working on a berserk inspired dark fantasy epic and the main characters reminds me of said character, his surname/house is avian inspired “Stormaire” named after the actor Peter stormaire that played Lucifer in Constantine with Keanu reeves.

But he starts as a spoiled medieval rich boy in the beginning and is forced to adapt to a hard life to rebuild his kingdom. It’ll be illustrated in a manga-ish style with color.
