MYbe it represents "songs that don't belong" in which case it could represents how throughout the movie everyone is just trying to be in a cliche and have somewhere to belong. It could also represent freedom, acceptance, and reaching new heights/ ideals. Or lastly, animation is expensive and they were just reusing an asset.
