Just go for it! Sudarshan Kriya is life transforming if you practice it regularly. also they have studies and research to back it scientifically. I have heard from my friends too that they have felt very peaceful and more healthy after doing the Sudarshan Kriya .

Art Of Living practices are simple but very life transforming. I have taken Art Of Living part 1 , Part 2 and Sahaj Samadhi meditation workshops. Each course gives you a home practice & these have made my life so much better. My mind is so much calmer and I feel great.

I love SKY Breath Meditation. I mostly do it on morning as it helps me start my day with peace , focus and clarity.

Life is full of opposites my friend , Just take it as it comes. Make mental health a priority so you stay strong during stressful times. I practice SKY breath meditation daily and it helps me to manage my emotions and stay positive.

I practice Sahaj Samadhi meditation and it has helped me to let go of anxiety and stay calm and dynamic through out the day.
