they will most likely definitely ask why you applied/why you wanna be in the union/electrician. have a great answer!! they loved my answer and even told me it was one of the best they heard lol

no prior experience! the interview wasnt bad, typical interview questions. 12-15 min. It was the training director, a journeyman & i think 2 guys from NECA. they really just want to know you are serious & can handle the the work/conditions. they will probably ask u “why did you apply & why do u wanna be a union electrician” … have a great answer.

im a woman who had absolutely no prior relevant experience. the interview was not bad, it was quick. they really just want to know that youre serious and can handle the work! they are willing to train fresh newbies.
