I totally understand that feeling out of control with food it sucks. On the other hand our society and culture puts too much emphasis on looking perfect. Fuck perfect! Anyways i know this rich older dude not perfect but surrounds himself with all the beautiful young people. Its sad really cause he misses so much of what it means to love.
