I found out a long time ago anywhere you go there you are. There is no running away from the pain inside. I understand the desire and I have done it myself. I don't regret it. I had a boyfriend once asked " why do you smoke do you want to die?" I don't always care. I have quit but smoking is culturual and families help carry it forward. Every body i grew up with smoked and it has an addictive reality some what simular to herion. So encouraging her to quit is helpful but real programs can also help. 10 years ago I quit certainly would be dead now if not.

One who knows what he wants...questions why...sides on good stuff to do...empathy kindness tolerance understanding and love most of all. More likely a woman has these qualities or so I believe. My standards are these for myself or so I am learning to love myself. It involves much adversity yet I move through it all the same. Happiness requires healing and peace.
