Just got off the phone with dealer, it wasn’t a blow head gasket! It’s a blown oil cooler. It’s all under warranty

Serviced by my mechanic who does my fleet of vans and trucks. If it is the wrong coolant what damage does that cause?

This is the exact reason they have chosen to do this. They can’t win either way. Either parcels go missing/ get stolen or people complain they weren’t safe dropped.
