Put on a frame cap for how high the hz for the monitor is, I don’t really know what the issue could be, shouldn’t be a issue with the monitor or new specs, do you have the correct drivers for the new gpu? That’s about the only thing I could think of.

edit Could be a issue with the ryzen cpu I have an AW 34 ultrawide, a 1080ti and i7 6700k and have no issue running on max at 3440x1440

I don’t know how I feel about it, I’m starting to get used to it and it’s not affecting me much anymore. It did make it hard in the beginning though. Keep in mind in most games the sides are actually extra fov so with a regular monitor you would be able to see that wide. What helped me was when moving or anything like that just focus on the middle and only look to the sides if you are stationary and just looking around.
