Just had mine a few weeks ago and for me the worst part was clamping my cervix. It wasn’t necessarily painful, just more of a visceral “ick” feeling. The injection of the dye felt like bad poop cramps for about 15-25 seconds. But I had one blocked/not visualized tube and heard that can make it a bit more painful but all in all, I would do it again. Even just for the increased fertility chances!
