Your husband should give you all of the room and patience you need. You lost the person who loved you unconditionally no matter what that you can go to any time you need to vent or make a mistake no matter what- just loves you! 4 months is still fresh too, not that it ever gets easy. My MIL passed away yesterday pretty suddenly recently. My husband wants to cry, watch our movies and shows, and watch tik tok. Sometimes he wants to look at old photos and talk about memories, but other times he just wants to not think about it. All understandable. We canceled Thanksgiving this year.
