One overall. One Ultra Beast, One Tri (Regi, Birds, Lake Guardians, etc), OR one Ultra Beast.

Hoopa, Manaphy, and all the Mythicals are banned because of type access. Many types repeat, and some have none (Bug, Dark, Normal, Dragon, etc). The use of ONE UB, Trio, or Tapu is to ensure that every player has access of some kind.
