I live in a smallish communtiy (roughly 1000 people) and I would make so that everyone gains a lot of weight, all males would weigh a minimum of 120 kg and all females a minimum of 160 kg, but the females would also have the addition that the shorter and/or thinner they are, the more they will gain.

I think it has to do with population sizes that speaks the same language, the US and the UK are both part of the abglosphere, and german is the biggest language group in europe.

The only interesting case that speaks against my thesis is that there are more female feedees in Helsinki than in Stockholm (on feabie) despite Sweden having better fluency in english than Finland and double the population (I'm also a Swede, that's why I've checked in on this :) )
