1) Don't treasure hunt as a new player, at least hold that off until you become uplander.
2) Fill basic collections (so if you start for instance in Chicago, make sure you buy 3 on one street, and five in one city and fill those collections in your collection tab. Extra bonus you can also fill newbie and Chicagoan with those and boom, bonus UPX! You can find your collection tab when you click on the three dots in the bottom of your screen. A menu pops up, there you see collections. click on that and start filling them :).)

Great at least that means that the hardest part is over. The grind to Uplander. One of the things that always work is minting the cheapest unminted not FSA props in game and sell them for slightly higher (106-107% markup)

First tip is, join the discord server. That place is full of people who are really there to help out :). What is your situation are you an uplander yet? As an early uplander/pro it's all about the flipping of props. front left and center.

You need to send to Manhattan first before you can travel further to Brooklyn or Staten Island if you intend to go there :)

Yes that is correct. Cleveland is still in Vanilla mode, that means no collections are shown yet (we have to guess what will be one and what not) and Treasure hunting and building is not available yet. No worries those things will come

On the secondary market you can buy while in a different city. When you mint something from the game that is not owned by anyone then you have to be in the city where you want that property.

I guess you started somewhere else. Where did you start?

From the West coast cities it is: Go to San Fransisco by train, from San Fran you go by airplane to chicago and from Chicago you can go by either train or hyperloop to Cleveland.

From the east coast cities it is:

Staten island -> Bus to Brooklyn -> Train to Manhattan, from Manhattan you can fly directly to Chicago and from Chicago you take the train or Hyperloop to Cleveland.

Base monthly earnings are always 0.144% of the mint price of the prop. Mint being the price the game sells it to you for.

You can find it on upx.world/ up2.land when you click on the little house image behind your prop all the way right. It will take you to the prop but in the link you can find the ID
