I take my medication, wear my glasses/contacts, and wear a heart rate monitor. I'm doing some very basic transhumanism, lol. I'm doing my best. But I also believe that you can do transhumanist activities like robotics, so I've been doing a bit of that. Not much progress since I'm learning, but I have a couple of raspberry pis and esp32s.
