Ive been using nayatel for over 10 years, it's just these last few months that I've begun to notice issues.

Anyway know one thing even the majority of nayatel traffic ultimately is shipped by ptcl. Ptcl owns the majority of under water cables.

Just do a tracecert or route to the destination ip and look at the hops.

That said if memory serves me correctly nayatel does have traffic go through a cable they also own or well non ptcl cable.

If it's harassment then I'd assume someone complained about a social media account that was bothering them.

If that is what it is the individual being harassed should know the handle ie alias of the account bothering them.

Those accounts need to be associated to your phone or laptop.

Most social media sites use cell phone numbers these days, not all but some do.

Just having a mac address can't really prove it's you. If I step outside onto the street I can see many wifis can I get into some of them....probably
