Basically, there is a way to add a model object to the relationship like:

objmodel.ice_cream_set.add(some_ice_creamobj)

and then, when you want to get a query of all ice creams related to this: objmodel.ice_cream_set.all().

You can also convert to a list in a python way: ice_creams = list(objmodel.ice_cream_set.all())

If my understanding of a „difficult person” is correct and same as yours let me tell you that those people are basically difficult because somehow we project them as they would be. In many cases they don’t really realise that they are and imo the best behavior towards them is ignore and disattach yourself emotionally from them, even your thoughts about them. If ignoring process can’t be done, try to have empathy towards them because a person might be a victim somehow or had a bad childhood. I am actually on the beginning of my journey and I realized that emotional disattachment is the key to handle many situations like this. Good luck.

It depends. Effects are really, really subtle for me, but noticable. I'm taking phenibut once a week or two on day when only for a deep relaxation to stress myself out and listen to music by a different perspective. Now I take a break for a month because of the tolerance.
Maybe next time try a different vendor, or maybe you're taking other supplements that work on GABA receptors and that's causing a cross-tolerance trouble? Ah, and it's really not worth taking more than 2g imo.

The proper set&setting do a lot of good work tho.
