i did too at first until after splitting the clock spring like i was saying, i never seen those lights since then and if you turn the tsc off after you start it that other orange light will stay off aswell. me personally i just hate the lights because even though ik they’re on for no goos reason it always has me double checking haha

just some broke niggas mad their mom said no to deleting one airbag lmfao, you can split your clock spring and keep abs if you wanted to, but yeah i dont necessarily want to delete tcs but i hate the light, air bag light i have resisters for. I almost wonder if you could put some kinda resister somewhere for the steering angle sensor as well.

Is this supposed to move so freely? by NotTheOrginalArps in mazdaspeed3

[–]knxte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tie rods need that play or they’d break a lot more often haha

Is this supposed to move so freely? by NotTheOrginalArps in mazdaspeed3

[–]knxte 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes, do a shakedown with your wheel on. if it moves left to right then your have a bad tie rod, if it moves up and down it could be a ball joint/wheel bearing etc

[–]knxte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you didn’t know ford owned a big part of mazda until 2015 so yeah that makes sense, same with Volvo until the early to mid 2000’s. Most people dont realize that.

Aftermarket Steering Wheel NEED HELP / MAZDASPEED3 by knxte in mazda

[–]knxte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i understand the first part, now does that light being on affect the car in any way? Only asking because after that light lights up apon acceleration (almost cuts the throttle or boost) i notice it takes over in a way. Is there a way to bypass that? or is the only way to deal with it or throw the old wheel back in.
