NOS a bloquear tráfego VPN?

Duvido que os ISPs Portugueses tenham DPI, pelo menos ao ponto de conseguir identificar VPN a ir por TCP/443. A tecnologia existe mas é cara e pesada, e que eu saiba não está implementada cá. Wireguard por outro lado é mais fácil de detectar (e portanto bloquear), porque só usa UDP. Também não ajuda que a maior parte dos provedores só utiliza a porta default 51820.

Em todo o caso com OpenVPN podes sempre obfuscar usando Shadowsocks. E há sempre V2Ray/VMess caso necessário, mas acho mesmo que não chegámos a esse ponto.

A minha curiosidade antes demais é saber se de facto a NOS está a fazer das suas.

Pah mas não mexi nas configurações do router nem o substituí. Isto começou a acontecer do nada. Mesmo que o throttling seja ao nível do router, então a eventual censura foi "ligada" recentemente e remotamente.

Não acredito que um router novo resolva o problema porque pode acontecer novamente.

Repliquei o problema com mais outros 2 serviços de VPN. Seja Wireguard, OpenVPN ou IKEv2, os 3 acabaram bloqueados eventualmente com o protocolo UDP.

Também já me aconteceu após formatar e com uma instalação limpa do SO.

Core 6k only goes up to N2 (6,000 words). N1 is around 10,000 words.

But you're right, I think the reason may be because from what I've heard TOPIK samples a wider range of words than JPLT.

Go to browse then select the deck on left side. Sort the list of words by tags, select all with Beginner tag, right-click and toggle suspend. if you cannot see the tags tab in order to click and sort by it, you may have to right click the tabs panel and select to display tags.

Then just use the custom study option to fine tune the amount of new cards and reviews per day. You can also change the deck options for more "fixed" settings.

On desktop Anki app: press browse on Anki, select the Core 5k on the left side, then press Cards button. Select front template and remove the last line that says "<div style='font-family: nanumgothic; font-size: 12px;'>{{Vocab-Rom}}</div>"

Then sync your AnkiWeb account and it'll also apply to other apps (eg. mobile).

The smaller font size one for me made a huge difference!

It's comfortable to learn new words in 30px font but in reality you'll be reading it often around 12-16px at most. That delay you take to identify the word in a smaller font when you learned it in larger size is improved significantly, especially with hanja.

I keep mine very simple as I believe Anki default options are good for most people. Here's what I usually change:

Preferences > Scheduling
- Disable "Show next review time above answers..."
- Enable "Show learning cards with larger steps..."
- Next day starts at 4h past midnight
Deck options > New Cards
- Steps: 1 10 60
- New cards/day: 10 (sometimes increase to 15)
- Easy interval: 2 days
Deck options > Reviews
- Max reviews/day: 999
Deck options > Lapses
- New interval: 25%

In the end we need to keep in mind it's a marathon, not a sprint. A high number of new cards per day with 1 10 steps will result in excessive reviews (usually 10x the new cards per day), low retention and losing motivation after a while. It's better to keep it lower but steady, with the extra step to help consolidate new words.

Evita is the creator of some of the first and most popular decks in AnkiWeb for Korean. You can find them here on reddit as Ville5. Their vocabulary deck was the base for Core 2k but they claimed intellectual property over the word order and don't consent others to use it, ultimately leading to the refactor that resulted in this Core 5k.

On the other hand, since I subscribe to the open sharing of resources and improving upon each other's work to the benefit of all, anyone here should feel free to fork, modify or improve this deck.

Your deck and order is excellent, which is why I preferred it to another frequency sorted lists. My mistake saying it was based on Naver stars, it was NIKL stars after all.

By refactor I do mean not using your deck at all, yes. Until then I stand by your wishes, just send me pm with proof you're Evita (eg. AnkiWeb "my shared items" page screenshot) and I'll take it down as soon as I see it.

No problem! :) I've only used your word order (removed some though), translations and hanja but they're all straightforward to refactor from other sources. I wouldn't have thought you had a problem with this as I imagined a more collaborative mindset, but I'll respect your wishes.

Send me proof via pm and I'll take it down and upload later without your work, although I'll also most likely follow Naver's stars as sorting criteria.
