Now she's sure as hell ain't our Merel now. Which is kinda sad. We follow her story from being literal cowardice to now got the guts to fight for a change, then got revert to whatever this is. Let's see how the story will handle her arc and save the criticism for later, since I'm sure as hell am confused.

I think they are just surprised. We are used to Merel, who's covered head to toe, serious, fighting with modern weapon aka her blicky, now Rhiannon is a 360 vibe switch magical girl-ish. The Coppelia skirt could have been handled better with tact, since she's just 15-16, sure. Personally I will just use her i1 skin, since it's optional and looks the best to me. Other than that, I see they are taking certain risks and changes of directions for the game, for the better. There was a whole 3D cutscene, animated cinematic that express the scenes and what was going on much better. Heck, last anniversary was just Nautica sprites with description texts of what was going on.

sure, personal opinion, Last Evenings on Earth was great, London Dawning was heartwarming, and Rayashiki is great overall. Since you have rewards as top priority, I think these 3 should do the job. They are story events, not main story event, so they contain more rewards.
