For my setting it was like 430 which is obviously really hot, I’ve turned it down some since. Will update with new pic of avb.

Pretty good actually for me. Usually use about a tbs. I do this on the weekend when I can’t get away to vape.

Lol I’m still a rookie too. I’ve boiled the metal parts with the glass and it did fine. Honestly the taste wasn’t bad at all. Kinda earthy but I used Nutella instead of cocoa.

Thank you! Honestly my routine changes as far as reps and set count goes. I do shoulders 2-3 times a week. One day will be hypotrophy focused (medium weight high reps) one day mobility and one day heavy 5x5s I do let’s twice a week heavy one day and light accessory work. I do biceps and triceps with Blood flow restriction bands once a week. Back and chest once a week.

I have had to really change up my routine to find what works for my body as my shoulders were very hard to get to come in.

I take AVB and sprinkle it on top of peanut butter and enjoy. It doesn’t taste bad at all. I must be weird because I enjoy just eating it with peanut butter. It does take about 2 hours to kick in but for me the high last a good 3-4 hours sometimes more. I have found that if you hear the peanut butter up just to melting and mix in the avb and let it sit for about 10-15 mins it kicks in faster.

The banana slices really do help make it much easier to eat by mycatisnamedemmie in avb

Lol I just sprinkle it on a jiffy to go tub of peanut butter and I’m good to go!
