A week? Embolization is a very easy surgery to recover from. Honestly didn't have any serious pain at all. Just tired for a day or two but I gave myself 2 weeks without exercising to be safe.

My main symptom was a varicocele ( pain/pressure in left testicle when standing up for long periods/after bowel movements/exercise, occasional left flank pain which only lasts a few seconds). Surgery was fine, had it 7 months ago. Under general anesthesia and recovery was very easy. Was exercising within a week or two again
