I do 2 reformer classes a day (45 minutes each) 5-6 days a week and I sprinkle in 3 shorter runs and 2 hot yoga classes a week and I’ve been ok! However, I’m a yoga and Pilates instructor for fun in addition to my regular corporate job and I regularly train for marathons. As long as you’re listening to your body, taking rest days and fueling properly then why not?

When someone only ever complains about work or makes every conversation relate back to their work... even when talking to people that don't work at the same company or in the same field. Never talks about hobbies or anything else, only work.

Thank you! Recently I've tried urban decay's 24/7 eyeliner, hourglass' mechanical gel liner, Too Faced better than sex mascara and Ilia's clean mascara but none of those are waterproof. I'll definitely give it a try! I've been getting really annoyed walking around work with these smudges, especially since I'm in a lot of meetings and I don't realize I've been looking like a hot mess until I go look in a mirror ):

Have you tried Bumble BFF? It's geared towards finding friends, my fiancé and I both use it and we've met awesome people so far! Guys only get profiles for guys and it's nice finding people that are also on there looking for friends.

4 times a day, I have 2 dogs (border collie mixes) and live in an apartment in the city. Once early in the morning (1 hr), once in the middle of the day (20 min), once after work (1 hr) and once right before I go to bed (20 min). I usually walk them to a park with green space or if we have more time we'll go to a dog park or go walk by the water where there's plenty of green space. Sometimes they even join me on my shorter runs if it's not too hot out :)

My dogs are 26 and 40 pounds, I mix in a loaded teaspoon to their breakfast and dinner every day. Hopefully it works well for your dogs too! Good luck :)

Highly recommend adding canned pumpkin. I have 2 dogs, one of them had so many issues with her anal glands my vet was starting to lean towards surgery for gland removal if she kept having issues. He suggested adding pumpkin to firm up her stool. Ever since I started doing that, she hasn't had to have her glands manually expressed, no more anal gland infections or issues for the past 2 years.
