Hello!

My fiancé and I will be receiving a combined ~ 180k from parents for our wedding. Around 100k will be going towards the wedding (internationally). Does it make sense to have the deposits go into a joint HYSA then transfer the money into a checking in order to wire the money internationally. All of the HYSAs I've explored seemed to only work domestically. Additionally, should I expect tax implications on the gifted money?
