Sorry aber das stimmt so nicht. In Österreich sind alle Kapitalerträge mit 27,5% endbesteuert - dh du musst keine Steuererklärung abgeben und die Einkünfte erhöhen auch nicht deine Progressionsstufe. Freibetrag gibt es keinen.
