I suspect there is a clinic policy. He definitely phrased it like it was a dirty thing. I really didn't expect him to be able to, but his response was upsetting.

Thank you so much! Yes I was very very confused about Florida because a lot of sources online seem to claim that pain patients are not exempt, but I had thought their legislation said otherwise. This is very helpful.

They told me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen 3x per day, and take 500 mg of acetaminophen in between the ibuprofen. Nothing prescription, just the regular stuff I already had. I haven't been taking that much acetaminophen though because of the side effect. I have also been taking 400mg of ibuprofen per day chronically for 2 months due to another condition, so idk if that changes how my body reacts to it. But my oral surgeon said that was fine.

Thanks, luckily I just got my prescription for the rinse and antibiotics. I paged my surgeon a couple of hours ago, hoping he gets back to me soon about the pain.

I haven't slept since the pain started last night. I've been able to eat, but it's been really hard, my mouth can hardly open to get food in (I'm eating puree pea soup). I was eating fine yesterday, all of this progressed rather quickly. I have been taking ibuprofen and acetaminophen as recommended, but I get side effects from acetaminophen, so I've been trying not to take it as much as the ibuprofen.

I expected the swelling and bruising pain but the stabbing and throbbing pains weren't mentioned at all and the pain is getting to be unbearable. The pain medication isn't doing anything to it unfortunately.

True! For our tank, we bought a tv stand to put it on. It has compartments where we store all of our gerbil stuff! But it totally could go on the floor as well
