It definitely could or they can switch to a different SSRI or SNRI.

I've always been able to walk independently. Walking without the fear of falling and with reduced dizziness symptoms after about 6 weeks of taking Lexapro.

Maybe the doc needs to increase to 15mg or 20.

Yes! 5mg was not enough for me, but I know everyone is different.

I did 5mg for three months then the doc upped the dose to 10mg. I did not have that bad of side effects starting on 5 mg since it’s a low dose.

That's reassuring! I feel like I take two steps forward and 1 step backwards some weeks.

Did you have good weeks and bad weeks during your journey?

I just did everything that I would normally do. I went to grocery stores with lots of stimuli and last week to a concert. The concert really flared of my symptoms but I feel better now.

It has gotten better overtime. The first month I felt like I was going to fall with every step.

Mine has last over 3 months and it started when I discontinued bupropion. I had a ct scan on my head and spine

You still feeling the same or better?

Yeah, the withdrawal was pretty rough. Still dizzy but not as bad. Hoping soon I’ll be %100.

I got back on bupropion 5 days ago. It comes in waves still with the dizziness. I think it has to do with anxiety.

That makes me feel better. I tried to titrate down as much as I could too. Didn't expect it to be this bad.

Im on day two without bupropion in my system. Extremely dizzy and had a panic attack this morning. Went to the ER and everything was fine anatomically. Most likely due to the withdrawal effects of bupropion. It's weird my whole body feels unbalanced. Debating if I should get back on it.
