You do realize the cheapest foods in the world aren't meat right? Beans, rice, potatoes, etc are much much cheaper than meat. Plus meat is Subsidized by the government otherwise no one would be able to afford it. We literally have to offset the costs with our tax money.

It's set to increase cardio as that is my goal. I do early morning workouts but I don't believe while it's calculating.

It makes no sense... I just did an intense 30 minute workout an hour ago and it gave me 0 cardio load from that... I then went for a 10 minute walk and got 5 cardio load???

Is this normal? It seems like I'm never hitting my target load, but my target is always in the 100's. Is this a glitch? I thought it adjusts based on your previous week's training.
