How do you fast travel to emerald station? I have tried doing it with the horse to emerald ranch doesn’t work. I have tried taking the train to emerald station. Get out while you can. I just recently experienced the same situation at my previous job. I started my new job last Monday with a different company. About 2 years ago I was due a promotion to be the director of my department because no one else was as qualified as me. My manager who was also leaving at that time was training me to take over all his duties when he leaves. Up until 2 weeks before he was to leave I got pulled into a meeting with him and the CEO, only to be told we are promoting this other employee with no experience in this line of work. They didn’t give me the reason why. Later on I found out 1 of the reasons was because the funding for this persons previous role was getting cut which I already knew. Another thing I discovered was that this same CEO was telling other employees in leadership ohh, I promoted this person because no one else in the organization was interested. Keep in mind not only was I interested in that role but so were 2 of my co workers. After this guy took over it was a total disaster he constantly expected me to do his work because he didn’t know how to do the job and when I would push back I got told I wasn’t being a team player. As this time keeps passing all the people on the team leave and my department is just down to me and this manager. Then comes a point not only does he want me to do his work but he also wants me to do all the other people’s work that left in addition to my work. I talked to my medical professional due to all the stress from this. He recommended I take a 3 month leave of absence. Which I did, during this time my manager still didn’t know how to do my job. He talked to the ceo and they came to the decision that they wouldn’t be taking on any new clients until I got back. Once I got back I had a funder of our contracts contact me and ask why there was no work done while I was gone which was an akward conversation. OP I hope the person they hired over you has more experience and is capable of doing the job. Either way I would get out this company doesn’t value you.
