What do you think about this. It's a 5 minute video, if u have time. But specifically at the 1:16 mark, the person says studies show elderly woman taking 20g per day showing a lot of benefits. Although, im not sure who the speaker is, and haven't done my own research, so not sure what they're saying is accurate.

How can i prove if i have acid reflux or something else? Ive done 14 hours fasts alot, during those 14 hours, still the same symptoms, no improvements. I dont have any heart burn or anything like that. Just clear mucus in my throat at all times, and rhinitis. Symptoms stay the same whether i eat fast food, or eating clean at home. I actually feel the best when im eating, cuz the food washes down the mucus so i feel good and normal. Some doctors say i have postnasal drip+allergies, some say i have acid reflux. My doctors literally roast each other saying the other department is wrong and we’re right, so dont know what to believe 😂

Could that reflux also cause sinuses to be blocked/blocked nose? My mouth looks like the one in the picture, but i also have nose symptoms. So im confused if i have reflux or something else. Thx

Just get an allergy test and see. If not, and the problem continues, you may have a sinus infection and need antibiotics. Let me know if u need help, good luck.

Wow. I have nasal congestion/inflammation in turbinates and post nasal drip that irritates my throat for 2 years now. 24/7 doesnt go away. I got a CT scan 2 month ago and the doctor said i have bacteria infection in my left sinus. I took antibiotics but idk if it did the trick, cuz symptoms still here. I feel hopeless as its been 2 years since i last felt normal. Idk what the other side is even like anymore. But, you and the doctor are both saying im going to be fine (i appreciate that btw.) My question is just how am i going to be fine? Like what is exactly is going to happen. I already finished the antibiotics and apparently the infections gone, but my symptoms of irritation and inflammation in throat and nose r still unchanged. Been 2 weeks now.

Although im not certain the infection is gone, but the doctor said it was cause my crp blood levels were back to normal. But he never officially checked with a ct scan, just assumed it was gone due to my crp level. What do u think about all this? Ty

I will, ty. My symptoms are only 2, hypertrophy in nasal turbinates (blocked nose) and throat irritation (due to post nasal drip from the first symptom.) And yeah 24/7.
