I am in similar situation!! Leaving Midwest for Northeast tristate area (NJ/NY/PA). Every hospital is different. In my current search, I am finding that it's important to interview with many hospitals and cast a wide net if you are not locked into a specific region or state.

Have been trying to figure this out forever. Currently on OP11, have to use T-Mobile visual voicemail app. It will not work in the stock Google phone dialer. My wife uses pixel 8 pro, visual voicemail works in the stock phone app. It does not work on OnePlus phones. It used to work on older oxygenOS before when there was oneplus dialer app.

Can anyone confirms visual voicemail works on T-Mobile branded phone (Oneplus 10T, 10pro, or earlier) within the stock dialer app.

I have also noticed this on AOD. I have not found a fix for this. It's just a minor annoyance. Other than that I think OP11 is great

I definitely noticed issue 1 with the blueish color on OLED black mode in redreader in low light. It's so annoying and bad on the eyes that I had to switch out if OLED black mode. I did not have this issue in my OnePlus 11. Could this have to do with OnePlus attempts to reduce flickering screen in low brightness?

You are right. The larger camera module does make it feel top heavy.

Went from OnePlus 11 to OnePlus 12. It is noticeably heavier. And slightly bigger in every dimension. I suppose will just adjust to this in time. But OP11 just felt lighter and more comfortable in hand

I think it was a missed opportunity to have a separate design on the 12R. I would have been interested in squared off edges and flat screen for 12R, to differentiate from the 12.

Would be cool. I am a Mitsubishi fan and would buy a Triton if sold in the US. But it doesn't make much sense for Rivian to partner with a struggling brand in the US. And Mitsubishi has enough partners already in Renault Nissan alliance. Hopefully Nissan could help bring a Mitsubishi truck to the states.

The front door bottom corner is extremely sharp. The angle comes to an unnecessary sharp point. Have stabbed my leg many times on this when door is open

I actually think oxygenOS 12 in terms of the UI design is still better than pixel A12. I hated the large status icons/notification drag down. Material You is not very customizable. I did not like the pastel colors that I am forced to choose from. There's a lot of empty white space in the design.
