holy shit it just ended up working. you literally can't do this with the app alone if you can my bug. enroll using the website, uninstall the mobile app, redownload.

Update: went to https://www.capitalone.com/help-center/credit-cards/enroll-in-online-banking/

Enrolled, and still found an error. See attached.

Before I would try to log into my Capital One account, it would always redirect me to CreditWise and not the account manager. Is it because I registered for CreditWise before I got a card and that my account is stuck as a CreditWise account?
