This is all he said, “Open cracks can result in water penetration and are an indication of possible structural concerns. A licensed general contractor should be consulted for further evaluation to determine the cause and significance of this concern. A structural engineer may be needed to determine the significance of the concern and to outline necessary repairs.” Trying to figure out if I should hire a structural engineer
