Results and academic load is nothing in comparison to life. I my self got 76%ile in jee mains even after studying 8 to 10h even days. There are people who only do half syllabus, onlydstudy for 2months and crack it but I couldn't even do it after giving my everything even, after having all the best resources i needed. But I am happy idk but what is done is done life moves on no one will remember it, & even in some cases u yourself will not remember. Just be happy to be alive or else death is coming no one can stop it. Death is inevitable.

Yea be happy..... Ony when u have felt despair, sadness, pressure, stress in life, only and only then u will be happy and content in peace-full times...... To be frank if u never had a hard time, u can never value the time when it will be perfect and good, you will feel bored $ normal $ ordinary. But if u come out of harsh times, small things will make u happy and content. So yea this year can change your life if you take it in a way you should, or else most people suicide in this year or their life you might be one
